I heard that Harley is working on an eco friendly electric bike that will have a sound system with speakers in the pipes so it will still have the look and feel of a traditional Harley.

Whoa not so fast cowboy. Flex fuel technology was really only developed in the late 1980s. The latest generation Harleys just passed the 1950 level in terms of technology, so it will likely be another 30 years or so before they start messing with alternative fuels. For now you'll just have to be a tree killing, ozone depleting global warmer on your Harley.

Harley does not make one. Also, Honda attempted to put a fuel cell into a motorcycle several years ago and they were unable to get it to function properly.
