you have a code in the security/ turn signal module. do all the blinkers work? are they all stock? if they are LED’s you need a load equalizer because of the different resistance from stock to LEDs. also if your battery has recently went dead it will cause a code. Take it to a dealer and have them check what it is and clear it out se if it comes back. The TSSM (turn signal security module) is fairly complicated and controls alot of things it could be as simple as a bulb out or it could be leading to a problem that will eventually leave you stranded. have it checked

my bf is a harley tech. e-mail me with more details, and he can point you in the right direction. but he once had the same problem with his. i think he fiddles with the wires. loose connection.
